I am hoping that now that I have my new granddaughter, my daughter has returned to classes, my son has returned to classes in Georgia, the pseudo-husband has a new position within his company, I finally bought the new used I car I have been wanting, and I have nearly completed my mothers estate responsibilities, that life can get back to "normal". Then I began to really wonder about "normal". I assume that I think that things will get back to what they "were". But what was will never be again. I am grandma to two little girls now, our household income is lower and prices are higher, my mom is gone. Normal is not what life was, but what life is.... It is what I make it. It is what I make of it. "Normal" is merely a perception.
